４月１８日（月）以降の授業について（お知らせ）その２

〇４月１８日（月）の授業は通常通り行う予定ですが，地震の影響で今後も交通機関の乱れが予想されますので，余裕をもって行動してください。

　なお，状況に急変がある場合，４月１８日（月）以降の授業については次のとおり取り扱うこととし，適宜，本学教務情報システムの掲示板，公式ホームページ，Facebook，Twitterでお知らせします。

　また，授業が実施される場合でも学生のみなさん自身の安全を最優先に考えて行動してください。地震の影響により安全に通学することが無理であると判断される場合には，後日，担当教員に所定の欠席届により申し出てください。

〇休講の判断
（旦野原キャンパスで開講される授業）
旦野原キャンパス付近の路線バス及びＪＲ線双方の運行を基準とし，
①午前７時にバス及びＪＲとも運行していない場合は，午前中の授業を休講とする。
②午前１１時にバス及びＪＲとも運行していない場合は，午後の授業を休講とする。

（挾間キャンパスで開講される授業）
挾間キャンパス付近の路線バスの運行を基準とし，
①午前７時にバスが運行していない場合は，午前中の授業を休講とする。
②午前１１時にバスが運行していない場合は，午後の授業を休講とする。

Dear International Students,

Classes will be held as usual from tomorrow, Monday, April 18th.
Since transportation system is expected to be delay because of the earthquake, please act well with time to spare.

If the situation changes suddenly, classes after Monday, April 18th will be held as follows and the decision will be posted on the notice boards of your Department and the International Office, the University Homepage, Facebook, and Twitter.

You do not have to attend classes on Monday onwards, however, if there is any dangerous situation caused by the earthquakes that prevents you from attending classes. In this case, be sure that you report your absence to the lecturers whose class you have missed in the form of absence report (kesseki todoke) provided by your Department.


〇About cancel of the class

（Class which will be held at Dannoharu campus）
Based on the bus and train schedule close to Dannoharu campus,
①If both the buses and train are canceled at 7AM, the class in the morning will also be canceled.　
②If both the buses and train are canceled at 11AM, the class in the afternoon will also be canceled.　

（Class which will be held at Hasama campus）
Based on the bus schedule close to Hasama campus,
①If the buses are canceled at 7AM, the class in the morning will also be canceled.　
②If the buses are canceled at 11AM, the class in the afternoon will be also be canceled.
