Innovation Organization

 Oita University Innovation Organization was established on April 1, 2006. It has two main goals. One is to support the creation of intellectual properties at Oita University. The other is to make Oita University the organization which can contribute to the local society by coordinating and uniting the functions of educational and research facilities on campus, which play various roles of “Collaborative Research between Industry and Educational Organization”, “Collaboration among Industry, Educational Organization and Government”, “Regional Cooperation”, “Support for Entrepreneurs”, and so on.
 To accelerate social cooperation activities as well as education and research, the former “Regional Cooperation Promotion Organization” was reorganized. Specifically, the professional staff members, managers and coordinators are assigned so that Innovation Organization can maximize its mutual interactions and cooperation with the faculties.
